THE PIONEER OF THE “FRESHLY BAKED” PUFFED CAKES
Over the past two generations the Vanotti bakery has been a focal point in Bergamo for the art of bread making, for its quality products and for the wide selection offered. In 2014 Antonio Vanotti was the first baker who believed in Bake Italy project and bought his first MRC press, so that he could add to his already wide and appealing bread selection, also the healthy and freshly baked puffed cakes.
«Bread remains our main business however, thanks to Bake Italy, we could propose new products to our existing clients and we also gained new clients, for example those who follow special diets i.e. gluten free or vegan» says Antonio Vanotti.
The Vanotti Bakery started with the round shape press MRC 1/90C and later added the triangle shape MRC 4/T to diversify the production. Their intuition lead to a great success, as a matter of fact Vanotti production is constantly growing: they have new agreements for toll manufacturing and they have a dedicated space in their laboratory to optimize and make the most of these compact but high potential presses.
